PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sauna bath deice for facilitating the perspiration of a user in a bathroom by heating or humidifying the bathroom, capable of achieving the resource saving and energy saving by efficiently vaporizing water and spraying the water as fine mist to the bathroom while inhibiting the cost increase, upsizing, and deterioration in the sanitation. SOLUTION: The sauna bath device comprises a high-temperature gas generating means 21 for generating overheat steam HS as high-temperature gas by overheating water W, a gas pathway 22 for guiding the high-temperature gas HS generated by the high-temperature gas generating means 21 to the bathroom, and a water spray means 30 for spraying water to the high-temperature gas HS flowing in the gas pathway 22.
