R, R'-R''' = 1-18C alkyl, 3-18C alkenyl or alkynyl, optionally substituted by OH, halogen or silyl ether or 1-18C alkoxy or 2-18C heteroalkyl having at least one O atom and/or a NRIV group in the carbon chain or at least one ester, amine, carbonate, cyano, isocyano and/or epoxide group and/or sulfur substituted 1-18C alkyl or 3-18C alkenyl or alkynyl, 3-12C cycloalkyl, 6-10C aryl or hydrogen; and RIV = an organic group. |
