<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture for a flat harnesses by which the flat harness is easily and quickly mounted on a mounted member such as a vehicle, while improving a degree of freedom of an arrangement direction of the flat harness, and which responds immediately to the flat harnesses of different sizes. <P>SOLUTION: The fixture 1 for the flat harness is constituted including a main body 11 which opens and closes, and a sheet type spring 12, wherein the main body is formed by being folded back in a nearly V shape, and folded back portions 13 are formed outside its both tips while the spring is provided inside the main body 11, and presses and supports the flat harness F when the main body 11 is closed.
