PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain information for sequencing datagrams without including a field for sequencing the datagrams.

SOLUTION: The information processing system comprises: a pseudo random code generation part 22 for acquiring a datagram from the plurality of sequenced datagrams; a CRC code part 23 for acquiring a prescribed error correction code capable of correcting the error of at least one bit on the basis of the acquired datagram; a bit inversion part 24 for inverting the bit at a position determined on the basis of the sequence of the datagram and acquiring the sequenced datagram including the error correction code and the datagram for which the bit is inverted; a CRC inspection part 33 for detecting the inverted bit on the basis of the error correction code included in the sequenced datagram; and a pseudo random code synchronization part 35 for acquiring the sequence of the datagrams by the position of the detected inverted bit.
