<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network terminal for efficiently confirming the communication of a telephone. <P>SOLUTION: As a network terminal PCx4 and 5 to be tested are provided with telephone functions, and those PCx4 and 5 can be connected through the Internet 6 to a PCa3 for a test for transmitting a calling telegraphic message showing that a test mode for a connection test is set, and when receiving the calling telegraphic message showing that the test mode is set from the PCa3, the PCx4 and 5 return unique setting information related with the telephone functions as an incoming response telegraphic message to the PCa3. The PCa3 is configured to transmit a calling sound for a test, and when receiving the calling sound for a test from the PCa3, the PCx4 and 5 return a calling sound for a test to the Pca3.
