PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system which exerts an effect on a response to a disaster occurrence. SOLUTION: In a terminal station device 2, an imaging means 3 takes an image, a composition information management means 12 manages information concerning a composition of imaging, and a terminal station transmission means transmits information concerning the information of the image taken by the terminal station transmission means and information concerning the composition to a base station device 4 by radio. In the base station device 4, the base station reception means receives the information transmitted by radio from the terminal station device 2. In a center station 1, a display means 11 associates the information of the image transmitted from the terminal station device 2 with the information concerning the composition to be displayed, based on the information received by the base station device 4.
