PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system capable of resolving a local high temperature generation problem of each rack caused by high heating and a large air capacity. SOLUTION: A plurality of racks 1 is provided in a transmitter room. A cooling unit 7 comprised of an evaporator and a blower is arranged in the racks 1 where necessary. In such a case, the cooling unit 7 is arranged in an optional position such as an upper part, a middle part, or a lower part of the rack, or on a top board, or below a bottom board of the rack. A heat source (a refrigerating machine) 8, a condenser 9, and a refrigerant pump 11 are arranged outside the room, and they are connected by piping. A thermometer, a hygrometer, a flowmeter, or the like are provided in each part, and the refrigerant pump 11 and an air capacity of the blower of the cooling unit 7 are controlled on the basis of their outputs.
