PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily burn ethanol water. SOLUTION: This combustion equipment has a separator 2 for heating and separating first ethanol water 11 into vapor including ethanol vapor and steam and second ethanol water remaining without evaporating, and has a combustion means 6 for burning the vapor including the ethanol vapor and the steam provided by this separator 2. The combustion equipment also has the separator for heating and separating the first ethanol water into the vapor including the ethanol vapor and the steam and the second ethanol water remaining without evaporating, and has a means for making third ethanol water by cooling the vapor including the ethanol vapor and the steam provided by this separator, and has a combustion means for burning this third ethanol water.
