PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet bowl flushing apparatus and a toilet bowl flushing system, which can be installed in common in various types of existing low tanks. SOLUTION: This toilet bowl flushing apparatus, which can be attached to the low tank with a drain valve and which pulls up the drain valve via an output shaft, comprises: a case which houses a motor and a speed reducing means for reducing the speed of the output of the motor; a first screwing part which is protruded in a first direction from the case; a second screwing part which is protruded in a second direction opposite to the first direction from the case; an input shaft which is provided in the first screwing part, and which enables the manual input of a driving force; and the output shaft which is provided in the second screwing part, and which enables output from the input shaft and the speed reducing means.
