PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a log acquisition management system and method, allowing efficient and effective acquisition of a necessary log. SOLUTION: A log generation part 21 of this log acquisition management system distinguishes whether or not an event corresponds to one piece of log generation exclusion condition data registered in a log generation exclusion condition database (DB) 31, in response to occurrence of the event, does not generate a log corresponding to the event when distinguishing that the event corresponds to one piece, and generates the log corresponding to the event and stores it in a log DB 32 when distinguishing that the event does not correspond to any piece. A log generation exclusion condition analysis part 22 decides whether each the piece of the log generation exclusion condition data stored in the log generation exclusion condition DB 31 is proper or not, and deletes the log generation exclusion condition data from the log generation condition DB 31 when detecting the improper log generation exclusion condition data.
