PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for dealing with an abnormality for use by a device management information terminal to rapidly solve the abnormality of a terminal device while displaying other information. SOLUTION: The method comprises a process S7 for displaying the operation screen of device control for recovery from an abnormality in the event an abnormality occurs in the terminal device 5; a process S14 for displaying a screen urging communication if the device control has failed a predetermined number of times in succession; a process S15 for detecting user's confirmation on the screen urging communication; and a process S16 for displaying a screen for normal information display after the user's confirmation.
