PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin feed roller and a ticket/coin separator capable of feeding a plurality of coins sequentially at different timing, and preventing the risk of coin jamming. SOLUTION: In a regulating roller 23, a plurality of ring-shaped areas 51, 52 are formed on a circumference plane of the roller along the axial line direction of the roller. In each ring-shaped area 51, 52, there are provided high friction coefficient portions 51A, 52A and low friction coefficient portions 51B, 52B having different grip forces to the coins along the circumference direction of each ring-shaped area 51, 52. The high friction coefficient portions 51A, 52A and the low friction coefficient portions 51B, 52B of the adjacent ring-shaped areas 51, 52 are disposed with a deviation along the circumference direction. By means of the revolution of the regulating roller 23, a coin being engaged with the high friction coefficient portions 51A, 52A having strong grip force to the coins is fed first.
