PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stroboscope device having a shield member that prevents the influence of electromagnetic waves by a simple, inexpensive configuration. SOLUTION: The stroboscope device comprises: a light receiving element that receives stroboscope light reflected by a subject; and a shield member formed from a conductive member, used to shield the light receiving element, and has a hole through which the stroboscope light is passed.
