PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sunglasses which are stably held where a sunglass plate is hopped up and also securely mounted on spectacles, and metal fittings therefor. SOLUTION: Disclosed are the sunglasses which is fitted to spectacles thereafter, and the metal fittings comprise a shaft piece, a base body, a base body abutting piece, an elastic body, and an elastic body receiving piece. The base body is freely rotatable on the shaft piece, and the base body abutting piece and elastic body receiving piece are fixed to the shaft piece so that they are not rotated. The base body abutting piece is pressed toward the base body with the elasticity of the elastic body to engage the base body and then the sunglass plate fitted to an end of the shaft piece is freely raised up and down in steps and stopped.
