PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo-handling vehicle, including wheels respectively mounted on a pair of straddle arms to move up and down through a suspension device, thereby restraining vibration of the vehicle and preventing useless rocking and inclination of the vehicle. SOLUTION: This cargo-handling vehicle includes: regulating means 27L, 27R for regulating the operation of the suspension device to restrain vertical movement of the wheels; a height detecting means 4A for detecting the height of a cargo-handling tool; and a control means 14 for controlling the regulating means 27L, 27R according to the height. The control means 14 regulates the operation of both suspension devices by the regulating means 27L, 27R when the height is above a predetermined one, and releases the regulation of the regulating means 27L, 27R when it is not above the predetermined height.
