PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency of a work and to reduce working cost by reducing the weight and cost of a cutting tool. SOLUTION: A cutting insert 11 is fixed on this cutting tool main body 1 through a cartridge 15 by making the cutting tool main body 1 itself of plastics by injection molding and as a throw-away article. It is possible to lighten the cutting tool and reduce the cost of it by making it of plastics. Additionally, it is possible to improve the working efficiency of the work by eliminating idle time as the whole of the cutting tool can be changed without changing the cutting insert 11 and adjustment of cutting blade height of the cutting insert is not required by making the cutting tool main body 1 as the throw-away article.
