PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine with high gaming performance. SOLUTION: The game machine is equipped with a case constituted of a lower case having an article mounting section and an upper case in which a plurality of inserting holes for inserting an inserting member are formed around the same, which acts as a lid covering the article mounting section, and which is constituted movably up and down relative to the lower case, and which can assume a closing position and an opening position of the article mounting section according to the upward and downward movement of the same, and is further equipped with a biasing member biasing the upper case toward the opening position, an engaging member for engaging the upper case to the closing position, and a disengaging member for disengaging the engagement of the upper case by the engaging member when the inserting member is inserted from the specific inserting hole.
