PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric cooking device which can simply carry out direct confirmation of food containing selected matter such as allergic matter. SOLUTION: In the electric cooking device equipped with an operation unit 10 which inputs menus, cooking conditions, etc., a displaying portion 11 which indicates the menus, etc., a memory unit 12a which memorizes the food of stuffs to be cooked for each of the menus, and a selection section 12b which chooses the food comprising the selected matter out of the food memorized by the memory unit 12a and displays it on the displaying portion 11, a user can easily confirm the food containing the selected matter from the main body 1 of the electric cooking device which is usually employed, can prevent using by mistake the food containing matter which must not be employed, and can employ it in a handy way.
