PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components, simplify the structure and reduce the cost by responding to a social request to a disposable device that the less number of components is better and to surely shoot a piercing needle 2 at a good timing. SOLUTION: This piercer for piercing is provided with a locking spring 9 locking a shooting shaft 8 in an attitude before the shooting and returning a movable body 5 having moved rearward in an attitude after the shooting; releases the locking of the shooting shaft 8 by the locking spring 9 by rearward moving the movable body 5 locking the locking spring to pierce an earlobe 13; and after the piercing, returns the movable body 5 to the attitude before the shooting by a restoring force of the locking spring 9 curving rearward.
