<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copy processing management system which is capable of preventing a document from being illegally copied while easily identifying a user. <P>SOLUTION: A copy processing management system 1 comprises a copying device 50, an IC tag 21 fixed on a document 20, and an IC tag 11 fixed on a copy card 10. The IC tag 21 records thereon document identification information for identifying a document. The IC tag 11 records thereon user identification information for identifying a user. Furthermore, the copy processing management system 1 comprises a management unit 57 for correspondingly managing the combination of the user identification information and the document identification information and copy conditions. Based on recorded contents of the IC tags 11 and 21 and management contents of the management unit 57, a CPU 51 sets the copy conditions and restricts copy processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
