<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer driver installing method, device and medium for enabling a system manager to easily perform installing processing of a plurality of printer drivers to a plurality of clients by drag and drop operation in a short period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The printer driver installing method is provided with a means by which a server searches clients connected to a network, a means by which the server searches printers connected to the network, a means for displaying lists of clients and printers responding to an output device of the server, a means by which a server manager selects a printer from the printer list, a means for dropping the selected printer onto the clients in the client list, and a means by which the server installs a driver selected in the printer list to the clients. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
