PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor in which vibration and noise are reduced by preventing the gap from becoming uneven while preventing inertia of a rotor from increasing. SOLUTION: A rotor core 7 has a lamination thickness 14 equivalent to the lamination thickness 15 of a stator core 3, a nonmagnetic end plate A21 having a substantially annular protrusion 23 in the axial direction is arranged on at least one end face of the rotor core 7, a disc-like end plate B22 having no protrusion is arranged on the end face of the rotor core 7 on the side not arranged with the end plate A21, a rivet 12 for integrating the rotor core 7, the end plate A21 and the end plate B22 has a length equivalent to that of the rotor core 7, and the periphery of the end plate A21 for caulking the rivet 12 is recessed.
