PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a circuit breaker locking a box side of an injection spring to a specified set position and preventing deterioration in mechanical efficiency in an opening and closing function. SOLUTION: The box 1 of the circuit breaker is provided with a force accumulating arm 102 accumulating force to the injection spring 30 by being engaged with a force accumulating cam 17 and varying position by rotation and a guide plate 106 with a long hole along a longitudinal direction and attached to the box 1 so that its tip side is moved inclined in the direction of the force accumulating arm 102, a spring hanging pin 107 held on the force accumulating arm 102 and inserted to be movable in the long hole of the guide plate 106 and engaging parts 1C3 locking the box side to the specified position in the injection spring 30 with the guide plate 106 inserted to it and installed between the spring hanging pin 107 and the box 1.
