PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily convert functions even if function names and their functions related to functions in a library to be converted and ones related to functions in a conversion target library are not matched. SOLUTION: In a library conversion apparatus 100, a preprocessing part 200 pregenerates sequential/parallel library link structure information 300a. If a postprocessing part 400 receives a compile command, the library conversion apparatus 100 analyzes instruction contents, converts the sequential/parallel library link structure information 300a based on the instruction contents of the compile command, and converts sequential library functions in programs into parallel library functions based on the converted sequential/parallel library link information 300a.
