PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling valve for stabilizing a filling flow shape of a liquid into a container by making a turbulent flow energy and its difference in flow speed of the liquid in the vicinity of a liquid outlet of a filling valve uniform. SOLUTION: A valve seat 9 of a liquid flow path 4 with which a valve 8 comes into contact, is formed of an outside protrusion 9a being convex to the outside, a first inside protrusion 9b continuous to the lower part of the outside protrusion 9a and convex to the inside, and a second inside protrusion 9c continuous to the lower part of the first inside protrusion 9b and convex inside. The lower end of the first inside protrusion 9b is made larger than the liquid outlet 4a formed on the lower end of the second inside protrusion 9c to make a liquid flow released at the first inside protrusion 9b come into contact with the second inside protrusion 9c. The turbulent flow energy of the liquid in the vicinity of the liquid outlet 4a and its difference in the flow speed are made uniform, to stabilize the filling flow shape of the liquid into the container.
