PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacked loop antenna capable of tilting a principal beam direction without the need for mechanically tilting an antenna unit. SOLUTION: In an 4L type stacked loop antenna 21, antenna elements 23a to 23d are arranged at a prescribed interval and coupled by coupling lines 24a to 24c to configure an element array 25. A feeding section 26 feeds power to the coupling line 24b between the antenna elements 23b, 23c in the element array 25. Then in order to tilt the direction of the main beam emitted from the antenna elements 23a to 23d by a prescribed angleθdownwardly from a horizontal axis, the interval d1 between the antenna elements 23a, 23b is selected shorter than 1/2 wavelength, the interval d2 between the antenna element 23a and the feeding section 26 is selected shorter than 1/4 wavelength, the interval d3 between the feeding section 26 and the antenna element 23c is selected longer than 1/4 wavelength, and the interval d4 between the antenna elements 23c and 23d is selected longer than 1/2 wavelength.
