PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a surface-mounted component employing a new structure which can be miniaturized and made minute without causing the displacement of a component for the surface-mounted component provided with a lead group of a gull wing type such as QFP or a J type such as PLCC. SOLUTION: This structure comprises a plurality of aligned pads which are provided to a printed circuit board surface so as to extend in the extending direction of a lead corresponding to each tip of the lead group of the surface-mounting component provided with the gull wing type or J type lead group, and have at least one conductive extending part having a curved surface formed so as to contact with corners of both ends of the lower surface of the lead from sides on each of both sides in the extending direction of the lead, and a fixing means which fixes the surface-mounted component to the printed circuit board side by energizing.
