<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve handling performance and maintenance performance of a pre-load mechanism by making a coil spring generating pre-load and a ring-shaped member non-separatable. <P>SOLUTION: The ring-shaped member 4 has a bottomed hole 6, a through hole 7 is formed on a bottom portion of the bottomed hole 6, and a threaded hole 8 is formed on an inlet of the bottomed hole 6. A locking screw 9 is engaged with the threaded hole 8. A shaft member 10 is inserted into the bottomed hole 6. The shaft member 10 comprises a piston 11 of large diameter, a pressing portion 12 projecting from the through hole 7 and pressing a side end face of an outer ring 2, and a shaft portion 13. The coil spring 14 is mounted between the piston 11 and the locking screw 9. The piston 11 is pressed by energizing force of the coil spring 14, and the pressing portion 12 presses the side end face of the outer ring 2 to apply pre-load.
