<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize providing of the voltage generating circuit which generates voltage of a sufficient level, as the prescribed voltage required. <P>SOLUTION: An AC signal, generated by electromagnetic induction of a coil 11, is rectified via a rectifying circuit 30. Based on this rectified signal, voltage in both ends of the coil 11 is stepped up by capacitors 21, 22, so as to step up the rectified signal.
