<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating panel exclusive use for a wheelchair, decreasing a wrong use and improper use of an operating panel special for a wheelchair to restrain lowering of operation efficiency of an elevator when a general nonhandicapped person uses the elevator. <P>SOLUTION: This operating panel device of the elevator includes: a touch panel type operating panel 5 for switching between a first display mode 81 of displaying a waiting picture 8a different from operation buttons on a display 8 and a second display mode 82 of displaying the operation buttons and displaying it; a display control part 10 for controlling the display of the touch panel type operating panel; and a touch switch control part 9 for detecting and controlling the touch operation to the touch panel type operating panel, wherein normally the first display mode is displayed, and on detecting a touch to the touch panel, the touch switch control part switches to the second display mode to make an operation button function effective. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
