摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical apparatus by which luminous display can be performed even if pixels are made fine by forming a light scattering resin layer having a high haze value without reducing dipersibility and the like of light scattering particles, and also to provide an electronic device provided with the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the electrooptical apparatus 1a, six insulating layers of adhesive layers 71, 72 and 73, a color filter 124, an insulating film 129 and a photosensitive resin layer 113 are formed on a display surface side wherein an electrooptical panel 100 is positioned when viewed from a backlight device 90. Each of at least two layers of these insulating layers is constituted of the light scattering resin layer formed by dispersing the light scattering particles consisting of light transmissive particles of an acrylic resin, an acrylic-styrene resin, a polyethylene resin, a polycarbonate resin, a silicone resin or the like in a light transmissive resin matrix. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
