<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which protects a control circuit board from troubles, such as electrolytic corrosion due to environmental cause, such as salt water, while cooling property of a power unit is improved and has proper assembly property and productivity. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle rotary electric machine is provided with a power part, formed of a switching element and a pair of inverter modules which are connected in parallel and a control circuit part for controlling the power part. The control circuit part is arranged on the upstream side and the power part on a downstream side by detaching them with respect to a flow of cooling air by a centrifugal fan fixed to a rotor.
