PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow operation to an application to continue under fixed conditions when displaying an information screen while the application, such as a game, is being executed.

SOLUTION: An image display device comprises an operation data storage means for storing operation data for indicating operation details to each operation member of an operation means; an application processing execution means for executing prescribed application processing, based on operation data stored in the operation data storage means; an information screen display means for displaying an information screen on a display means, when a prescribed information screen display operation is detected; and an operation annulling flag storage means for storing an operation annulling flag corresponding to one portion or entire portion of operation data stored at the operation data storage means if operation data inputted by the operation means meet prescribed conditions when a prescribed information screen display operation is detected.
