<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically-driven linear actuator and an electrically-driven brake device capable of reducing a radial dimension while securing high reduction gear ratio of a speed reducing mechanism, and securing sufficient rigidity to vibration or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The speed reducing mechanism of the electrically-driven linear actuator is composed of a differential bevel gear speed reducing mechanism 10 formed by fitting two bevel gears 12 mounted in opposition to two coaxial input shafts 11a, 11b, and a pinion bevel gear 14 mounted at an output shaft 15 side, thus the radial dimension can be reduced by engaging two bevel gears 12 and the pinion bevel gear 14 axially opposite to each other, while securing large reduction gear ratio, and sufficient rigidity to vibration or the like can be secured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
