<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidifier capable of suppressing growth of hypha at a relative humidity depending on available places and purposes to prevent a proliferation of mold. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a humidifier comprising a compressor 5 disposed in a body 1, a humidity sensor 17 for detecting a relative humidity in a room, and a control unit 15 for controlling the compressor 5 based on humidity levels detected by the humidity sensor 17, wherein the humidifier operates the compressor 5 for a predetermined period of time within a range of predetermined relative humidity in a room detected by the humidity sensor 17 at which the proliferation of mold is suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
