<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert A/D conversion value of a sensor signal to a floating decimal point type without increasing a processed load of a central processor and an occupation ratio of a memory bus in a power train control device. <P>SOLUTION: An engine ECU 30 of a sensor signal processor is provided with a DMA controller 50 for transferring the A/D conversion value of the sensor signal, which is A/D converted by an A/D converting circuit 42, to RAM 38. By providing a data converting circuit 50c for converting the A/D conversion value from a fixed decimal point type to a floating decimal point type inside the DMA controller 50, the A/D conversion value of the knock sensor signal is converted to the floating decimal point type inside the DMA controller 50, and transferred to the RAM 38. As a result, it is unnecessary to convert the A/D conversion value of the knock sensor signal to the floating decimal point type on a CPU 32 side to accurately perform waveform analysis of the knock sensor signal by computing floating decimal point, and a processed load of the CPU 32 and the number of access to the RAM 38 can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
