<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take quick countermeasures against prompt communication at an emergency by a mobile communication apparatus and against a state of emergency, to save the power of the mobile communication apparatus, and to perform stable operation by using an in-vehicle apparatus, and so on. <P>SOLUTION: This communication control apparatus 70 monitors: a theft sensor 51; an accident detecting sensor 52; and a manned unmanned sensor 53 to determine whether or not the necessity of securing communication by a mobile communication apparatus 10 and the necessity of transmitting vehicle information to a monitor center 70 is high. When the necessities are high, the communication control apparatus 70 shortens the interval of operations (position confirmation operation, call reception confirmation operation, and further vehicle information operation) by the mobile communication apparatus 10, and when the necessities are low, the communication control apparatus 70 elongates the interval of the operations by the mobile communication apparatus 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
