PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a hydraulic vibration-proof device capable of being easily assembled. SOLUTION: This hydraulic vibration-proof device comprises two rigidity strengthening members, an operation chamber and a compensation chamber communicated with each other through a compression passage, a decoupling flap mounted between two chambers and operable over a short stroke, and a rigid partition dividing two chambers and having at least one hole closed by the flap. The flap is made of an elastically deformable material, has the plate-shape, and is mounted on an opening of a spacer 9 fixed between the grids 1, 2, two grids 1, 2 are flat, placed in parallel with each other, and respectively mounted on the operation chamber and the compensation chamber, and the stroke of the flap 11 between the grids 1, 2 is determined on the basis of a thickness of the spacer 9.
