PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate control of a gap between an oil pan main body and an inner panel in a double structure oil pan having an inner panel provided inside thereof. SOLUTION: An oil pan structure has a bottom part welding seat surface 25A inclined obliquely downward toward a first corner part 19A of an oil pan main body 11 formed on an edge part of a notch 4 formed on a corner part of a bottom wall 22 of an inner panel 21 with corresponding to an oil return passage 8, and has working reference planes 28A, 28B, 28C formed on positions close to a first corner part 19A and obliquely facing the bottom part welding seat surface 25A. A plurality of side part welding seat surfaces 29A-29F are formed on a circumference edge of a flange part 23 of both side walls 13a, 13b adjoining at least the first corner part 19A of the inner panel 21, and the gap s is secured between the oil pan main body 11 and the flange part 23 by a stepped structure thereof.
