PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser oscillator by current excitation by using a light emitting element comprising an organic substance. SOLUTION: In a semiconductor device which oscillates a laser by exciting current, a laser irradiation device has the light emitting element in which a laminated body where a first layer formed of the organic substance, a second layer comprising the organic substance and a metal compound, and a third layer formed of the organic substance are sequentially laminated is sandwiched between a first electrode and a second electrode are formed on a substrate.
