PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously perform vehicle body roll control and toe-in control of a rear wheel of a turning outer wheel without using two pairs of actuators. SOLUTION: A rear lower link 16 for suspending a rear lower part of a hub knuckle 11 of the rear wheel to the vehicle body is arranged at a rear side of the vehicle than a rear axle and a rear actuator 3R for adjusting the twisting state of a rear stabilizer bar 2R and controlling the roll state of the vehicle body is connected to an upper part of the rear lower link 16 and spring constant in a vehicle vertical direction of a bush at a vehicle body side connection point of the rear lower link 16 is reduced. Thereby, when the rear wheel of turning outer side is controlled in a rebounding direction at roll zero control, the vehicle body side connection point of the rear lower link 16 is moved downward and thereby, the wheel side connection point of the rear lower link 16 is relatively displaced to the outer side in a vehicle width direction.
