PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for a vehicle capable of immediately enhancing cooling effect at low cost. SOLUTION: A short-circuiting flow passage 18 for branching at least a part of air flowing in a cooling air by-path passage 16 and sucking it to a fan 8 is provided. It is made to a structure that a blowing temperature is made cooler by taking out a part of the cooling air from just after an evaporator 9 and re-circulating it at the shortest route as short as possible.
