摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the cleaning work of the surface of a plate at every stoppage of a machine becomes indispensable and the burden of a worker and the worsening of working efficiency and production efficiency result through the formation of a drying membrane due to the leaving to chance and drying of a coating agent remainingly adhered onto the surface of a plate on a plate cylinder and of an anilox roller after the stoppage of the machine and the consequent obstruction to a proper coating at restarting. SOLUTION: An automatic separating action between the plate cylinder and an impression cylinder after the coating agent on the plate surface is transferred to the surface of a material to be coated through the rotation of the plate cylinder by a set number of rotation after the stoppage of the feeding of the coating agent to the plate surface next to the first separation between the plate cylinder and the anilox roller occurring under the condition that a stopping button is depressed under a temporary stopping menu. As for the anilox roller, an anti-drying means is taken by singly rotating at a certain rotating speed under the condition that an in-chamber coating agent is successively fed to the surface of the roller.
