PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape processing method and a tape processing device which make even a sighted person recognize the end of brailling. SOLUTION: The sheet processing method writes braille characters 42 in the predetermined brailling area 72 of a rectangular processed tape T and writes an end marker 73 indicating the end of brailling in the mark area 74 of the processed tape T following the brailling area 72.
