PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game signal input-output circuit and a game signal processing relay device capable of completely insulating an input circuit and an output circuit from each other with a simple low-cost circuit configuration. SOLUTION: Pulse transformers PT-1 to PT-4 are connected between input signal circuits 11-1 to 11-4 to which input signals (game related signals) are input, and output signal circuits 12-1 to 12-4 from which output signals are output, to electrically insulate the input signal circuits 11-1 to 11-4 and the output signal circuits 12-1 to 12-4 from each other. When a high-frequency rectangular wave clock signal is electrically applied to the output side coil of the pulse transformer PT, a current is induced to the input side coil, and the change of impedance of an input signal is detected as the voltage of the output side coil of the pulse transformer PT.
