PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent turbulence by controlling the state of blood flow supplied to the vein side appropriately and by suppressing a flow rate to the downstream of a graft, and also to prevent generation of stenosis by minimizing the influence of pulsation or the like on the vein side. SOLUTION: A graft arranged between the blood vessels of the human body for forming an extracorporeal circuit is provided. At least a part of a conduit of the graft is formed in a small-diameter section. With such a configuration, blood flow is first narrowed at the small-diameter section to reduce the flow rate, is spread by the increase of cross section of the conduit, and becomes a rectified gentle flow. As a result, turbulence is reduced effectively, and influences of pulsation on the vein side can be reduced even when the graft is arranged between an artery and a vein. The graft thus can reduce the generation of stenosis as far as possible. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
