PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability by smoothly moving a table part when the table part is moved to a vertically lower part using an actuator. SOLUTION: When the actuator 203 moves the table part 101 from a first position in the vertical direction H to a second position in the lower part, a pressure control part adjusts the amount of fluid 231a to be stored by the actuator 203 based on the first position of the table part 101 detected by the position detecting part 103 and controls the pressure by the fluid 231a.
