A thermoplastic polymer comprising a blend of a first fluorochemical ester composition of the formula (I): <?in-line-formulae description="In-line Formulae" end="lead"?>[R<SUB>h</SUB>(CO<SUB>2</SUB>)]<SUB>m</SUB>-A-[(CO<SUB>2</SUB>)-QRf<SUP>1</SUP>]<SUB>n</SUB> (I) <?in-line-formulae description="In-line Formulae" end="tail"?> wherein A is the residue of a polyol, polyacid or mixed bydroxy acid, optionally having one or more unreacted hydroxyl or carboxyl functional groups, having 3 to 12, preferably 3 to 6 carbon atoms, R<SUB>h </SUB>is an alkyl group of 12 to 72 carbon atoms, R<SUB>f </SUB>is a fluoroalkyl group or 3 to 12 carbon atoms, Q is a divalent linking group, each (CO<SUB>2</SUB>) group is non-directional, and m and n are each at least 1; and a second fluorochemical ester composition of formula (II) <?in-line-formulae description="In-line Formulae" end="lead"?>R<SUB>f</SUB><SUP>2</SUP>-O-C(O)-R<SUB>1 </SUB>or R<SUB>f</SUB>-C(O)-O-R<SUB>1</SUB> (II) <?in-line-formulae description="In-line Formulae" end="tail"?> wherein R<SUB>f </SUB>is F(CF<SUB>2</SUB>)<SUB>x</SUB>-SO<SUB>2</SUB>N(R<SUB>2</SUB>)-R<SUB>3 </SUB>wherein x is a positive integer from about 4 to about 20, R<SUB>2 </SUB>is an alkyl radical of from 1 to about 4 carbon atoms, and R<SUB>3 </SUB>is an alkylene radical of from 1 to about 12 carbon atoms; and R<SUB>1 </SUB>is an aliphatic linear hydrocarbon having an average of from 12 to 66 carbon atoms.
