The seat has a seat frame (2) and a backrest (4) hinged between a perpendicular usage position and a cargo position. An unlocking handle (10) is provided for rotation of outer unlocking shafts (6) for unlocking of an outer lock-adjuster. The shafts are coupled over a connection shaft (7) and a coupling mechanism. A resting side adjustment unit unlocks a cam switch of an inner shaft.
