<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carton box finisher equipped with a new apparatus which can perform cleaning by eliminating foreign substances such as dust, waste, or the like from a carton sheet material while the sheet material is transferred in the inside of a finisher. <P>SOLUTION: A carton box finisher comprises a cleaning station which performs cleaning by eliminating foreign substances such as dust, waste, or the like from the sheet material before the carton sheet material is conveyed to a printing station. The static electricity of the foreign substances is neutralized by a static electricity removal bar 50, next the foreign substances are removed from the sheet material by a rotary brush 30. After that, the foreign substances are drawn into a vacuum room 32 stationed beneath the transport path of the sheet material. The static electricity removal bar 50 is arranged in a case 54 near the sheet material, and is isolated from the vacuum of the inside of the vacuum room 32. The case 54 has a surface 56 which guides foreign substances so as to avoid the static electricity removal bar 50.
